This restaurant and lounge located inside Theatre Junction at the Grand serves Japanese food with western touches. Wasabi yes, but also dill and rosemary. The menu includes tempura and spicy chicken wings, sushi rolls and an array of inventive entrees such as Sablefish with honey-miso sauce and tofu steak in a tangy bonito stock broth. Live music and late hours well suit Ubu’s theatre venue location.
