Would you like some salt with that foot Mr. Kenney?

Being on the defensive must have detrimental effects on the memory — especially for politicians.

The federal Conservatives are under fire for a new policy that bars ministerial staff from testifying before parlimentary committees. Staffers are typically too young, inexperienced and are responsible to their bosses, not Parliament, argue Conservative MPs. 

In fact, Calgary MP and Minister of Immigration Jason Kenney is quite certain that despite being an "aggresssive" member of the opposition, the Conservatives would never demand political staffers appear in front of parlimentary committees — it's a "principle" thing, avers Kenney.

Principles indeed. Like the time six years ago when Kenney, on principles of course, called on political staffers for the then-Liberal government to testify at committee hearings during question period and committee meetings.

I think he is a disgrace of an MP and it is time for him to retire.
He does and says whatever he wants but obviously protected by big daddy Stephen Harper.
