Just a quick one before work: 

Valve have published a fancy, funny comic book tie in to their turbo-popular online man-shooter Team Fortress 2. It may require some experience with the game to get all the jokes, but then the fiction contained in the actual game can be easily boiled down to "those red guys are fighting those blue guys" so maybe not. More than the game itself, I think it helps if your familiar with the game's many, many other hilarious advertisements. 

Still, even without knowledge of the game, the art shore is purdy. Is that Oeming? I don't have time to look before I go, but I'll try to look into this and post an update later. 

EDIT: Though Valve's sometimes maddening but mostly-kind-of-cool policy of not crediting any one person with any specific job title makes it difficult to confirm, there is strong suggestion from the Internet (in addition to the evidence already provided by my eyes) that the art was indeed done by Powers' Michael Avon Oeming.
