So get this! Roger Daltrey brings The Who's Tommy to the Saddledome on October 30, tickets on sale Thursday morning at 10am at TM. So excited for The Who's Tommy coming up! What a great way to spend Halloween weekend with my wife. Is anyone thinking of dressing up in Halloween spirit?
Roger Daltrey is expected to give an amazing performance &- come on- he is a ROCK GOD. I've only heard top notch things about this tour!
This is a band I've hailed since their inception and this will be a trip down memory lane.
Tickets are selling out fast, the buzz is out! So I highly recommend jumping on board and purchasing ASAP

Since 1965, I have been a Who fan, but can't abide the price for Daltrey alone. I saw The Who in 1969 (along with The James Gang with Joe Walsh) for $6.00. In 1975, I was one of 78,000 who saw them at Pontiac Silverdome ($8.00). After Keith Moon died, in 1982 I saw their first "farewell" tour with 67,000 others at Seattle Kingdome ($16.00). I even saw John Entwistle in the Palliser Hotel downtown in 1988. No concert should cost more than about 2 hours pay for the average worker. With rare exceptions, I have passed up many hundreds of concerts in the last few years because the prices are simply outrageous. Roger is a good singer, but he's not the band - and half of them are dead now. Besides, TOMMY has been done on film, in musicals, plays, etc. It is only a small part of the fantastic repertoire that was mostly Pete Townshend's creation.
