Arcade Fire coming to Calgary

Arcade Fire, arguably, one of Canada's greatest musical exports is coming to Calgary next month. The band, promoting its latest album The Suburbs, will take the stage September 26 at the Stampede Corral with opening act Calexico (a band entirely worth seeing on its own). Tickets, selling between $30.50 and $46, go on sale Friday, August 20 (that's this Friday people) at 10 a.m. at Ticketmaster, livenation.com or calling 403-777-0000.

For some reason that day both the band's site and the crowdsurge site listed the venue as the Saddledome, but that has since been changed back.

Right now ticketmaster isn't showing any tickets available.
