SXSW: Marques Toliver, on a balcony overlooking Austin

One of the most stunning things about SXSW is how anyone — and everyone — here is literally perpetually surrounded by musicians. Talented ones at that. Proof? I wandered out of the press lounge to find London-based violinist Marques Toliver practising this heart-stopping nouveau-soul tune. Oh, and we added a few questions at the end, too.

Yeah, I wasn't kidding when I mentioned that I expected here to my new favourite band here.
