Frustrated city-dwellers, unite! The City of Calgary is actively looking for citizen input into a long-term plan for the city’s transportation and land use through a program called Plan It Calgary.
An online survey that’s part of the program asks questions about housing density, the amount of land that should be used for city expansion, the best mix of transportation (the choices are walking, cycling, driving and taking transit) and how much auto travel is acceptable per person. The survey results will be used to formulate the long-term plan.
