Like something from engrish.com, Hayaino Daisuki’s oddball title for these four blasts of nuclear hatred seems to make no fucking sense whatsoever — it reads like a horrific translation of something intended to be imposing, but just comes off as silly. At the same time, it’s perfectly befitting the cacophonous thrash-hardcore within, which throws the influence of D.R.I., Nine Shocks Terror, Converge and Slayer right back in those bands’ faces. While not quite as memorable as any of these acts — songs are just so fast, furious and frenetic that nothing in particular stands out — Hayaino Daisuki are far more ferocious. From the onset, “Into the Throat of Berzerk,” “Haiiro Ikotsu Gakidou,” “Horobit Monogatari” and “Aka” rage along at an inhuman pace, feature solos that Megadeth would scratch their chins at and boast such incomprehensible vocal screeching that you’d imagine the singer was trying to force her own stomach out of her anus. Crossover is back, and thanks to Hayaino Daisuki, the beats per minute just reached ludicrous speed. Dark Helmet will be so proud.
