Seems that Encana has chosen the wrong place to frack with Alberta’s endangered species and imperilled wild lands. Time for the Department of National Defence (DND) to enforce the Species at Risk Act – and other legislation that Encana fails to respect – more stringently. Let’s recall some of those tanks from Afghanistan for a little homeland security operation.
