On behalf of the Coalition of Seniors Advocates Association Board, members and supporters, I salute Gillian Steward for her excellent Viewpoint.
Gillian's observation of premiership candidates is right on the money. Keep in mind that seniors on fixed incomes have been financially and socially devastated by the Klein government's 1993/94 budget cuts and ongoing Conservative robberhood tactics. Who masterminded the seniors budget cut programs – Jim Dinning, treasurer at the time.
