This is a live 17-song collection of some of Against Me’s most memorable works including "Reinventing Axl Rose" and "Miami." Incorporating just the right amount of crowd chanting and singing-along, the furious yet simmering tenacity of Against Me! is definitely captured. Tom Gabel’s road-rash abrasive vocals emote desire, anger and disenchantment alongside the doldrums of life on the road while drummer Warren Oakes accentuates each lyrical punch.
Sounding energized and riled-up, with youthful tension boiling below the surface, you can’t help but be consumed as choruses swell and explode. Fists will pump the air, squeaky voices will discover buried rage, political passions lying dormant will be aroused and lust will even saunter in.
