As pleased as I was to see my book reviewed in Fast Forward, I feel I should make a correction of fact. While I have nothing against the great province of Manitoba, my novel Joyland is not set there, as stated in the article by Bryn Evans. Joyland is set in Ontario, as indicated on the second page of the novel, throughout and in the press materials.
