Keep Your Heart
Fat Wreck Chords

· Former members of Kid Dynamite, The Curse and Trial by Fire unite and give birth to a debut full length chock full of gritty harmonies and explosive pop-punk melodies.

The ingredients aren’t all that exotic – the same spices and finishing touches most punk rock albums utilize – but maybe it’s the order they’re mixed together in that makes Keep Your Heart so infectious.

The first go-round may have you stumble on the organ-laced "Sickening," wondering where the fervour went in the middle of the album, but it thankfully reappears with uber-catchy "The Odds." You’re kept guessing what’s next while continuously tapping your toes, rocking your knees and occasionally arching your back while you growl alongside front man Dave Hause. Capitalizing on the proven formula of Fat Wreck Chords, the album has an endearing, undulating quality where chords rise and fall and the vocals ebb and flow, creating a playful teasing atmosphere that inevitably charms the pants off the listener.
