Isn't it interesting how the Calgary Downtown Associations addiction studies and figures target the street people? Where are the figures on how many of the middle and rich classes are crackheads or alcoholics and suffering mental illnesses?
Is there a difference between some person such as Ken Johnson panhandling on the street corner for his survival and, say, the Calgary Philharmonic Orchestra panhandling in the city treasury office for its "survival"?
