Whatever Happened To P.J. Soles?
Studio E Records
· "We know you love L.A. We hear it everyday. But please no more California songs! And fuck New York, too!"

– From "California Songs" by Local H

What did happen to P.J. Soles, otherwise known as The Ramones’ No. 1 fan, Riff Randall, from the film Rock and Roll High School? She picked up a few bit parts in movies such as Halloween and Stripes, and I hear she has a daughter. But that’s not the real story here. The album is the thing. No it’s the shit. Seriously!

Local H puts the roll back in rock. They even sound like The Ramones on the lead track "Where Are They Now?" Rife with edgy guitar work, vocals shouted from across the room and pounding beats, this crashing epic flat-out rawks while maintaining that special old-school feeling throughout. You’ll be enraptured by Local H’s clean and unpretentious style as they swing-to with Sloan-like facility. The tribute track "P.J. Soles" reveals the band’s softer introspective side, and then it’s back to the "Heavy Metal Bakesale," babies!
