| Bet you dont have a flywheel.
OK, maybe you do, but do you have the actual filling Station flywheel reading-series flywheel a flywheel signed by writers such as Thomas King, Sarah Murphy and Richard Harrison?
I thought not. Still, theres no need to pout, heres how you get it: you go to flywheel jazz, a fundraising event for Literacy Alberta. It happens on Friday, March 26 at McNally Robinson Booksellers. You eat dinner at 6 p.m. while listening to live jazz music. Then, at 7 p.m., you hear readings by the likes of Fred Wah, Louis Cabri, Barb Scott, James Dangerous and Natalie Simpson. And then, when they auction off the flywheel, you make the highest bid and its all yours. So simple, really, but if youd like more details, go to www.fillingstation.ca.
