If you’re kicking yourself because you missed out on Warped Tour this summer, be sure to pick up this punchy little gem from Epitaph records. The seventh instalment in the ever-popular Punk-O-Rama series features 19 blazing-hot tracks from the rising stars of hardcore. Millencolin, Pennywise, Bouncing Souls, NOFX and others team up to showcase the wide variety of acts (or the lack thereof) that the punk rock genre has to offer. Even old-time intelli-punks Bad Religion join in, contributing "The Defense" from their latest album The Process of Belief. With its low, low promotional price tag, this compilation is a deal worth investigating, if only for the five previously unreleased tracks, which include Hot Water Music’s rousing "Wayfarer" and the hilarious "My Girlfriend," performed by Guttermouth.
