· "When Irish eyes are smiling – we’ll punch ’em ’til they’re black!"

This cacophonous clan of six includes no less than two – count ’em, two – Scottish pipers. Their musical style largely adheres to your typical Canadian punk rock sound, with shades of alt-rock and the obligatory slow tune thrown in for effect. This mix-and-match strategy effectively prevents the continuous presence of the pipes from becoming a redundant annoyance rather than the asset they are. Heavy bass-laden riffs spin and reel about the anchor of Zoy Nicole’s’ gritty youth-core vocals, and there are plenty of upbeat party tunes – just the thing for drinking and fighting on a Saturday night. "So grab your friends and neighbours and punch ’em in the eye. And raise another glass to sing the drunken lullaby."
