Tonight, head out to check out the Tough Audio of Dean Clarke, Jonas and Dave Reynolds, as they play a blend of jungle and hip hop to stimulate your mind and feet. Of course this happens down at The Warehouse, members and guests welcome.
On Friday, Mike Grimes Inc. takes over Concorde for the night, or check in on Honey Kruller down at Bamboo for his unique serving of soul n bossa.
Saturday night has two options for the beat-minded. Arrival happens at Max Bell Centre and looks as though itll be a prog n trance o rama. Nigel Mihell, Richard Mears and Cliff Tangredi will play alongside Smiley Mike, Bajwa and Dale Anderson. Tickets are available at Feroshus and TicketMaster. Late night Saturday at Bliss, Pauly Dee will play host down at The Warehouse to the progressive trance of guest Freaky Alien. Doors open at 3 a.m.
Sunday night Bamboo kicks off its Hedroom, which will be a night devoted to the deeper side of the musical equation. This week Al Testa will spin along with the saxophone pairing of Joseph K (Lyle Piseo and Dan Miechel of Street of Crocodiles) in an effort to find the proverbial groove.
On Wednesday, Fehrenheit heats up the Embassy with this weeks guests, Myka & Trek-E. Of course the ever-lovin Domenic G will be on hand as well.
At The Warehouse youll find Taro and Honeey Mustard playing their blend of deep techno for Feng Shui theyll be accompanied by sushi and the visuals of Compound Eye.
Of course the hip hop wont stop as Dean Clarke and Rye take you into the blend down at The Night Gallery the same night.
If that werent enough, Mac Hall hosts Kid Koala and DJ Food for their sample-heavy tour. Tickets are available at TicketMaster.
DJ Dan is coming to town on June 14, and what better way to get all hyped up then by buying his newly minted CD on Moonshine records? Clocking in with 50-plus minutes of tech house mayhem, its available at fine record stores near you.
